Google updates the AI search function, and the AI preview will refer to views such as social reviews

Google announced the launch of five completely new artificial intelligence search features aimed at optimizing AI-generated search results, helping users to identify websites, expert views and reliable sources of information more easily, and updating existing AI models and AI overviews to improve the way users search information on the Internet.

The new feature focuses on deeper content discovery, subscription-based news access, social insights and improved navigation in the AI generation summary. Google indicated that these changes would ensure that AI searches served as a bridge between users and original content publishers, rather than replacing website visits.More in-depth web contentThe new functionality will allow users to explore more perspectives and details directly from AI responses. Google indicated that the answers generated by AI would now include in-depth articles, expert analysis and case studies related to queries. This feature will help users to access more comprehensive information from a variety of different information sources on the Internet beyond a short summary.Content integration based on subscriptionGoogle also introduced support for news subscriptions in the AI search. Google stated that the AI response would highlight the user-subscribed content publisher link. This means that users may see the content recommendations of paid or trusted news platforms, thus making it easier to navigate directly from AI-generated content to high-quality articles and reports.

Socialization and community insightThe AI responses will include previews and references from public discussions and social media dialogues. Google indicated that the functionality would help users to access practical advice and real experience from other netizens on products, services or topics, including online public access to recommendations, comments and user-generated discussions.More inline links in AI answersGoogle is expanding the embedded link in the summary of artificial intelligence-generated search results. Users will now see more clickable links in the search results generated by AI. Google says this will help users to open guides, blogs or reference articles without leaving the AI experience.Desktop Site PreviewGoogle has also added web previews for inline links for desktop users. When the user hovers over the link source, they will see a preview of the site name and page title before opening.

Google indicated that these updates were driven by advanced AI systems, including query fan-out technology, which facilitated the search for the most relevant elements of the different parts of the identification network. The company indicated that its objective was to help users to connect with originalers, publishers and sources when using an AI-generated search experience.
